Most home service sites list anyone who pays. We started from the opposite premise: a homeowner should be able to open one page, see a short list of professionals, and trust every name on it.
Before a Guild profile goes live we confirm an active Florida license, current general liability coverage and a verifiable service history. Members agree to written estimates, permitted work and a response-time commitment. When a member stops meeting the standard, the profile comes down.
For contractors, that standard is the product. A Guild profile signals to homeowners that someone already did the diligence — which is why our members spend less time defending their price and more time on the job.
