Home Pros Guild is a curated directory and membership platform for local home service professionals serving Weston, Florida and the surrounding communities. By browsing the site, submitting a quote request, or claiming a listing, you agree to these terms.

The directory is free for residents. You may browse listings, save favorites, contact businesses, and request quotes for genuine service needs. You may not scrape listings, resell our content, submit false quote requests, or use contact details published here for unsolicited marketing.

A verified badge means we confirmed the business name, service area, and a working point of contact. It is not a warranty of workmanship, licensing status, or insurance coverage. Homeowners remain responsible for confirming licenses and agreeing terms directly with any business they hire.

Home Pros Guild is not a party to the agreement between a homeowner and a business, and does not perform the services listed.

Free listings include core business information. Pro membership adds unlimited photos, video, offers, analytics and the lead dashboard. Exclusive membership adds category exclusivity for a city, priority ranking, top placement and the Exclusive badge.

Only one business may hold the Exclusive slot for a given city and category at a time. Exclusivity applies to that combination only and does not restrict other businesses from holding a Free or Pro listing in the same category.

By submitting a claim you confirm you are authorized to represent the business. We may request documentation before approving a claim, and we may decline or revoke a claim if the information provided is inaccurate or the business no longer meets our standards.

Reviews must describe a genuine experience. We remove reviews that contain harassment, discriminatory language, private personal information, or content posted on behalf of a competitor. Businesses may not offer compensation in exchange for reviews.

You keep ownership of the content you submit, and grant Home Pros Guild a license to display and reproduce it on the platform and in related marketing.

Paid membership pricing is presented before any commitment. Payment processing is not yet enabled on this platform, so no charges are collected through the site today; membership arrangements are confirmed directly with our team.

We work to keep the platform fast and available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may add, change, or retire features, categories, or membership benefits, and we will give member businesses reasonable notice of material changes affecting their listing.

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, Home Pros Guild is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform, from a business you engage through it, or from content submitted by users. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, and any dispute will be handled in the courts of Broward County, Florida.
