When you request a quote, contact a member business, or join our homeowner list, we collect the details you provide: your name, email address, phone number, the service you need, and the message you write.

When you create an account we store your email address and, for business owners, the business details you submit during the claim process. We also record basic usage signals — pages viewed, searches performed, and which listings you open — so we can measure which categories Weston residents care about most.

We use contact details for a single purpose: connecting you with the member business you asked about, and following up on that request. Quote requests are shared with that business so they can respond directly.

Aggregate usage data helps us decide which categories to open next and how to report performance to member businesses. Those reports never include your name, email address, or phone number.

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent or trade homeowner contact lists. We do not send your details to businesses you did not contact, and we do not add you to third-party marketing databases.

We store your saved favorites in your browser so the list is available immediately on your next visit. Signed-in members also have favorites and saved searches stored on their account so they sync across devices. Authentication uses a secure session token issued when you sign in.

Quote requests and messages are retained for as long as needed to service the request and maintain business records. Account data is retained while your account is active. All data is stored on managed infrastructure with encryption in transit, and access is restricted by row-level security rules so a business can only see leads addressed to it.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time by writing to hello@homeprosguild.com. We respond to verified requests within 30 days. You can remove saved favorites and saved searches yourself from your profile page.

Home Pros Guild is intended for adults arranging services for their home or business. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

If we make a material change to how we handle personal information, we will update this page and revise the effective date below. Continued use of Home Pros Guild after a change means you accept the updated policy.
